Original text: public domainPeriod: The verse's own date is unknown; the containing text is dated only relatively. Per en.wikipedia's Mahanarayana Upanishad article: Parmeshwaranand and Feuerstein place its composition with Katha, Isha, Mundaka, Shvetashvatara, Prashna, that is the second half of the 1st millennium BCE; Srinivasan argues for after about 300 BCE and probably around the 1st century CE on ritual-comparison grounds; Deussen considers it ancient. Author and century are unknown.Translation & transliteration © YatraBeyond
